My Mom returns to South Africa.

Well the day has finally come for my mom to leave after a fantastic 6 week visit here in Texas. This time she arrived in time for the birth of her granddaughter and she also got to spend time with Peters parents who visited from California. I am really going to miss her, because I don't get to see my mom that often and she loved to hold Chloe and keep Ethan occupied which gave me a lot of rest time which I needed those first few weeks. For those of you that have family near by and don't take advantage of seeing them often, just know how lucky you are and what you are missing out on!

A little birdie, (not naming anyone in particular!!) mentioned to me today that there are not enough pics of Chloe on the blog yet, so here goes! She is officially 3 weeks and 2 days old.

Ruth and Charles return to CA.

Slowly but surely our house is becoming a ghost town! After having a house bustling with visitors, all is beginning to quieten down. Today Peters parents returned home to CA but we were sure to get some good pics before they left.

Papas departure!

Unfortuneately all good things must eventually come to an end. Claudia's dad, Jan, left on Friday to return home to South Africa. He will be tavelling via Holland to visit family, and then onto SA.

Off to the Rodeo at the Heart of Texas Fairgrounds!

Peter, Ethan, Charles and my Parents went to see some real Cowboys in action! A good time was had by all!
